MAKROPOREsmasterbatches are designed for producing lightweight injection molded articles and /or for removing sink marks of injection molded products. MAKROPOREs secureextremely fine foam structure. Their active ingredient is an exothermic blowing agent based on azodikarbonamide.
MAKROPOREs发泡母料是为生产轻质注塑成型制品和/或无痕塑料制品设计的母料。MAKROPOREs提供非常细密的发泡结构,其活性成分是基于偶氮二甲酰胺的放热发泡剂。

Application
应用
Active components of THERMOBREAKpolymer consist of additives and stabilizer systems providing high resistance towards long-term heat exposure and ability to prevent the formation of burnt-in deposits in the ‘dead’ spaces of an extruder. The carrier matrix is polypropylene or low-density polyethylene.

Handling

There is no special limitation when handling these products; only generally valid hygienic rules should be observed.

MAKROPOREs should be stored in a dry, cool and sheltered storage place.

General Information

*decomposition of active ingredients starts at 165°C; the maximum is at 195°C
*recommended letdown ratio is 1–2% wt.
*masterbatches are simply mixed with basic material and dosed into the processing *equipment in an usual way
*screw revolution should be maintained at min. 75 min–1 to obtain very fine bubble structure
*温度达到165°C活性成分开始分解,温度195°C时达到最大值
*建议添加量为1–2% wt.。
*MAKROPORE发泡母料与原料简单混合后按照常规投料方式投料。
*螺杆转速应保持在最低75转/分钟,制品可获得非常精细的发泡结构。
