BARIUM SULFATE UTIMES® 298-BT is an upgrade product of 198-BT, which quality is comparable with products of famous European manufacturers.

Properties

- Very high purity and less impurities, very low electrical conductivity.
- Ultra fine particle size (D50 is approx. 0.7μm) and very narrow size distribution;
- Excellent gloss , whiteness and weather resistance. Special surface treatment brings fantastic dispersibility.
- Ability to improve pigment dispersibility and performance as an extender . For instance, TiO2’s hiding powder can remain but gloss of final products will be improved much, if mixed it with 5-20% of 298-BT.
